A tracked click is one recorded visit to one of your links. Bots and crawlers are never counted. By default the workspace also refuses them, so they never reach the destination — you can turn Block bots off on Country access if you want chat-app previews. If you pass your monthly allowance the redirect keeps working exactly as before — new clicks simply stop being recorded until the next billing month.

Yes — no card and no trial clock. The free plan includes 1,000 tracked links, 1,000 tracked clicks a month and 7 days of history, with UTM, device, browser, referrer and country analytics on every one of them.

Yes, on the Solo, Growth and Ultimate plans. A country access rule either blocks the countries you list or lets in only the countries you list, for the whole workspace or for a single link, and applies to QR code scans too. Blocked visitors see a short “not available in your region” page or go to a fallback URL you choose, and are not counted as clicks. Detection is based on the visitor's IP address, so a VPN can get around it.
On the Solo, Growth and Ultimate plans. Point a CNAME at custom.letl.ink and verify it from the dashboard; the certificate is issued and renewed for you. Solo runs one domain, Growth three and Ultimate fifty.
Google Analytics 4 and the notification integrations (Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Telegram) are included from the Solo plan. The REST API, webhooks and the remaining integrations — Meta Conversions API, Segment, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, Plausible, Matomo, Zapier, Make and Pipedream — need Growth or Ultimate. Ultimate also adds n8n and the MCP server, so Claude and ChatGPT can query your link data directly.
Retention depends on the plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Solo, a full year on Growth and unlimited on Ultimate. Clicks older than your retention window are purged, and CSV exports and API date ranges are clamped to the window your plan keeps.
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Every invoice is downloadable as a PDF from the same page.
