Yes. Create a CNAME record for a subdomain such as go.yourcompany.com pointing at custom.letl.ink and verify it from the dashboard. The SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically. Solo includes 1 custom domain, Growth 3 and Ultimate 50.
How do roles and permissions work?
Every workspace has one owner, who holds the plan and is the only one who can invite, promote or remove people. Admins can manage custom domains, country access, bot blocking, API tokens, webhooks and integrations, and archive anyone’s link. Members create and edit their own links. Links, domains and analytics are shared across the workspace.
Is Letlink secure enough for corporate use?
Every account can turn on two-factor authentication, every link and custom domain is served over HTTPS, bots and crawlers are refused by default, and short codes and destinations pass a content-safety check that blocks phishing-style links. Visitor data is never sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Can we create short links in bulk?
Yes. The REST API on Growth and Ultimate supports bulk link creation, full link CRUD, analytics and visit feeds, with pagination and rate-limit headers on every response. Zapier, Make and Pipedream can also create links from other tools without code, and Ultimate adds n8n and the MCP server.
What happens if we go over our monthly click allowance?
Every link keeps redirecting. Past the monthly tracked-click allowance Letlink stops recording new clicks until the next calendar month, so visitors never see an error. Ultimate has no monthly click cap.
