Read the CTR
CTR is clicks divided by impressions, times 100; add a target to see the clicks you would need.
How do you calculate CTR?
CTR = clicks ÷ impressions × 100. For example, 50 clicks from 2,000 impressions is a 2.5% click-through rate.
What is a good click-through rate?
It depends on the channel: search ads often reach 3–6%, display ads well under 1%, and marketing emails 1–4% of recipients. Compare against your own past campaigns first.
Why do my clicks and analytics visits differ?
Ad platforms count clicks; analytics counts sessions that loaded the page and its tracking script. Bounces before the page loads, blocked scripts and bots all make the numbers drift. A tracked short link counts every click at the redirect itself.
