How long should a title tag be?
About 50 to 60 characters. Google cuts titles by pixel width, roughly 600 pixels on desktop, so put the important words first.
How long should a meta description be?
About 120 to 160 characters. Google may rewrite it, but a clear description that matches the page is still used most of the time and helps clicks.
Do meta keywords still matter?
No. Google has ignored the meta keywords tag for ranking since 2009, so this generator leaves it out.
