Snapchat Conversions API
Send server-side click events to Snapchat Ads, with the ScCid click ID attached when the click came from a Snapchat ad.
The Snapchat integration sends every recorded click to your Snap pixel server-side, as a PAGE_VIEW event. Available on Growth and Ultimate.
What you need
- Your pixel ID from Events Manager in Snapchat Ads Manager.
- A Conversions API token, generated under Business Details in Ads Manager.
Connect it to Letlink
- Open Integrations → Snapchat Conversions API. Owners and admins only.
- Paste the pixel ID and token, then save.
- Press Send test event to confirm Snapchat accepts them.
What we send
One event per recorded click: event_name PAGE_VIEW, action_source WEB, a stable event_id (click-<id>), the short URL as event_source_url, and the visitor IP, user agent and sc_click_id in user_data.
How clicks are matched to your ads
Snapchat adds ScCid to the URL of an ad click. When your ad points straight at a short link, Letlink reads it from the request and sends it as sc_click_id. If your destination page also runs the Snap pixel, each visit counts twice: once for the redirect and once for the page.
