TikTok Events API

The TikTok integration sends every recorded click to your TikTok pixel server-side, as a ClickButton event, so it still arrives when the visitor blocks trackers. Available on Growth and Ultimate.

What you need

• Your pixel code (TikTok Events Manager → your web data source → Settings).
• An Events API access token, generated on the same screen.

Connect it to Letlink

1. Open Integrations → TikTok Events API. Owners and admins only.
2. Paste the pixel code and access token, then save.
3. Optionally paste a test event code from the Test events tab and press Send test event.
4. Clear the test event code once you are happy, so production events are not flagged as test traffic.

What we send

One event per recorded click: event ClickButton, event_source web, a stable event_id (click-<id>), the visitor IP and user agent, the ttclid when there is one, and the short URL and referrer under page.

How clicks are matched to your ads

TikTok adds ttclid to the URL of an ad click. When your ad points straight at a short link, Letlink reads it from the request and sends it with the event. Clicks that did not come from a TikTok ad are matched on IP and user agent only, if at all.
