White-label

White label link shortener pages on your own domains

Letlink runs short links on your own domains and, on Ultimate, puts your brand instead of ours on the pages a visitor may see on the way — so the link and everything around it look like yours.

Short answer

A white label link shortener lets the short links and the pages around them carry your brand instead of the shortener’s. With Letlink, links already run on your own domains from Solo; on Ultimate at $39.90 a month, the expired, not-yet-active, password, retargeting hand-off and not-found pages served on those domains show your name, logo, brand colour and favicon, with no Letlink branding. Pages on Letlink’s own domains, the dashboard and our emails keep our name, and there is no reseller programme.

Features

What white-label covers

Links on your domains

Point a CNAME at custom.letl.ink and links resolve on go.yourbrand.com with SSL issued automatically. A normal click goes straight to the destination, so most visitors never see a page of ours at all.

Expired and scheduled pages

A link past its expiry date or click limit, or before its start date, shows a page in your branding when it has no fallback URL.

Password pages

The page that asks for a link’s password carries your logo and colour, so a client portal or a private download looks like yours.

Retargeting hand-off

The brief page that fires retargeting pixels before forwarding the visitor shows your brand for that moment.

Not-found pages

A mistyped or deleted short code on your domain shows a branded not-found page, with no Letlink name on it.

Name, logo, colour, favicon

Add a brand name, a hex brand colour, a logo and a favicon. Images up to 2 MB are re-encoded as PNG, and button text switches between dark and light to stay readable on your colour.

What still says Letlink

Pages on Letlink’s own domains, the page shown when a country rule turns a visitor away without a fallback URL, the dashboard, the mobile apps and our emails. Leaving Ultimate puts the standard design back until you return.

FAQ

White label shortener: questions and answers

Anything else? Talk to us — or read the help center.

What is a white label link shortener?

A white label link shortener runs short links on your own domain and shows your brand, not the shortener’s, on the pages around them. Letlink does this on Ultimate at $39.90 a month: on your custom domains, the expired, password, retargeting hand-off and not-found pages carry your name, logo, colour and favicon.

Which pages carry my brand?

On your verified custom domains: the page for an expired or not-yet-active link, the password page, the brief retargeting hand-off page and the not-found page for an unknown short code. A normal redirect shows no page at all, so visitors go straight to the destination.

Where does Letlink’s name still appear?

On pages served on Letlink’s own domains, on the page shown when a country rule turns a visitor away without a fallback URL, and in the dashboard, the mobile apps, our emails and the help center. White-label covers what your visitors see on your domains, not the tools your team uses.

Can I resell Letlink under my own brand?

No. There is no reseller programme, and the dashboard cannot be rebranded. Agencies run client links on each client’s domain with that client’s branding on the visitor pages, and can build client reports from CSV exports or the REST API.

Which plan includes white-label?

Ultimate, at $39.90 a month or 20% less paid yearly, with up to 50 custom domains and 50 team members. Custom domains alone start on Solo at $3.90 with 1 domain, and Growth has 3, but their visitor pages keep the standard design.

What happens if we leave Ultimate?

Your links keep working on your domains, and the visitor pages go back to the standard design until the workspace returns to Ultimate. Your brand settings are kept.
