For estate agents

Link shortener for real estate agents and agencies

Letlink gives an estate agency short links for every listing — on its own domain, on window cards and boards as QR codes, and in messages to buyers — and tells the agent when one of them is opened.

Short answer

A link shortener for real estate turns long listing URLs into short links and QR codes for signs, flyers, portals and messages, and shows how much interest each property draws. Letlink runs those links on your agency’s domain from Solo at $3.90 a month, with 200 QR codes, country rules and a Slack, Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Telegram message on every recorded click. Growth at $8.90 a month seats 5 agents in one workspace with 1,000 QR codes and a year of history; Ultimate seats 50.

Features

What an agency gets from Letlink

A link per listing

Give each property a readable back-half such as /12-oak-lane on your agency domain, and use the same link on the portal, social posts, flyers and messages.

QR codes for boards and window cards

Generate a QR code from the listing link and print it on the for-sale board, the window card and the brochure. Scans are counted apart from ordinary clicks.

Alerts when a listing link is opened

Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Telegram and get a message with the link, device and referrer each time a click is recorded.

Repoint when the property sells

Once a property is under offer or sold, point its link and QR code at similar listings. The printed board keeps working and keeps counting.

One workspace for the office

On Growth, up to 5 agents share links, domains and analytics. Members create and edit their own listing links; the owner and admins manage domains, alerts and everyone’s links.

When buyers look

The When people click card names the busiest hour and weekday for your listing links, which helps time new listings and open-house posts.

Where interest comes from

See clicks by country, so you can tell local interest from overseas buyers looking at a holiday home.

Use cases

Where agents use short links

For-sale and to-let boards

A QR code on the board opens the full listing with photos, and the scan count shows how much street interest the property gets.

Messages to buyers

A short link on the agency domain in a text or WhatsApp message looks trustworthy and fires an alert when it is opened.

Vendor reports

Export a listing link’s clicks to CSV and show the seller how many people looked, from where and on which devices.

Open houses

A QR code on the sign-in table or the brochure leads to the floor plan or a booking page, counted as its own source.

Step by step

How to set up listing links for your agency

  1. Connect the agency domain

On Solo or above, create a CNAME for a subdomain such as homes.youragency.com pointing at custom.letl.ink, then add it under Integrations → Custom Domain. SSL is issued automatically.

  2. Create a link per listing

Paste the listing URL into the link builder, choose your domain and type a back-half such as 12-oak-lane.

  3. Make the sign QR code

Open the link, generate its QR code, download the PNG for the board and window card, and scan the printed proof before it goes up.

  4. Turn on alerts

Open Integrations → Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Telegram, connect the channel, and click a listing link to see the first alert.

FAQ

For real estate: questions and answers

Anything else? Talk to us — or read the help center.

What is a link shortener for real estate?

It is a URL shortener an estate agency uses to turn long listing URLs into short links and QR codes for boards, brochures, portals and messages, and to see how many people look at each property. Letlink does this on the agency’s own domain from Solo at $3.90 a month, with 200 QR codes and chat alerts on every click.

Can I get an alert when a buyer opens my listing link?

Yes, from Solo. Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Telegram and every recorded click posts a message with the short link, device and referrer. Letlink tells you that the link was opened and from where, not who opened it; to know which buyer clicked, send each buyer their own link.

What happens to a board QR code after the property sells?

It keeps working. Edit the link’s destination to similar listings or your agency’s homepage and every printed QR code follows, because the code points at the short link rather than the listing URL. Scans keep being counted.

Can several agents share one account?

Yes, on Growth (up to 5 people, $8.90 a month) or Ultimate (up to 50, $39.90 a month). Everyone works in one workspace with shared links and analytics; members create and edit their own links, while the owner and admins manage domains, alerts and anyone’s link. Solo is for a single agent.

How many QR codes can an agency create?

Free includes 3 QR codes, Solo 200, Growth 1,000 and Ultimate unlimited. Deleting a QR code frees its slot, so an agency can retire codes for completed sales.
